Flip This House
Did anyone ever catch that show on A&E?
I watched it yesterday. This company in SC buys dilapitated homes and fix them up in about 2 weeks and sell it?
The show yesterday was amazing!
He made $72k profit in 2 weeks.

The renovations were $100k

I've caught a few eps - I actually saw this one. They seem to do nice work...
Did you see the ep where they bought the waterfront property (for too much $$$) - took too long to renovate it (and over budget) and now have to sit on it (& pay high mortgage payments) until next spring?!??

You should chck out Property Ladder on TLC same concept Saturday nights 10. I watch them both but I like this one better.

Did you see that one. That lady needed to be hit a few times though. She was so annoying!!! And she thought rules werent ment for her.
