My company is looking for a Sales Admin Asst.....

I am currently trying to place a Sales Admin Asst with my company. We are a medical device company located in Westbury. Please FM me if you are interested.

Here is the job description:

We are currently seeking an assistant to work with the sales administration department providing a variety of administrative support services. General duties and responsibilities include:

-Provide assistance to sales management in the collection and preparation of reports, projects, presentations, and clerical support.

-Prepares and coordinates documentation with the field sales organization.

-Assists the Sales Administrator Supervisor or directly prepares, manages, coordinates post-sale documentation and implementation process.

-Maintains and updates sales department database and files.

-Handle customer inquiries and process orders.

-Performs other related duties and responsibilities, as required.

Requirements include:

-Associates Degree or equivalent.
-At least two years experience in customer service and sales support.

-Strong computer skills using MS Office Windows Professional 2000.

-Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

-Be extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks.

I also wanted to inform those interested that the company pays 100% of the medical, dental, life and LTD insurance. It is a huge plus!

Is there overtime? What hours? Salary range?

Overtime is always a possiblility but not very often. The office hours are 8:30 - 5:30. It pays in the area of $30k.
