Need Some Fun Ideas for a Contract!!
So I posted the other day how I am renewing my contract with my job. Well, I got an email asking me to prepare some stuff I would like in my new contract and I was told to "use my wild imagination" So what should I try to bargain for?? This is fun!!!

Well, I am a teacher (for a private company) so we get plenty of holidays already and three weeks in August..so I don't think I need anymore vacation. The car...I throw it past em..a nice lexus and the gas that would be awesome..maybe a monthly gas allowance. Good Ideas!!

oops I didn't know you were a teacher! Also what about some perks for your classroom.. books, new computer, class supplies, AC in your room, etc.
I have a friend who got her boss to pay for her highspeed internet connection at home so she could do work/research etc. from home

Ha ha, I don't work in a classroom either. I travel to children's schools or homes. But some more supplies would be good, an allowance for those would be nice.

Ohh I understand. So what about a laptop to take with you to the childrens homes? Your gas/ezpass paid for, maybe even your cell phone bill ( since you only need in incase of an emergency since you travel so much )
