Question about job application
I am applying for this job and they need me to to fill out an application with your resume and it asks if its ok we contact your current employer, if i circle no is that bad. I really don't want my current employer to know i am looking, i have no problem with them contacting my past employer, any ideas?

I don't think it's bad nor think negatively if the applicant is looking without their bosses knowledge.

No, it's perfectly understandable that they wouldn't contact your current employer while you're in the interview process.
