Random question???
so, you know how alcohol will kill brain cells...is there anything that you can eat/drink/take that will help to increase brain power?

I remember when I was young my parents telling me that fish was brainfood. Not sure how true that is. Also, ginkagaloba (sp?) is suppose to help your memory. Again, I'm not sure if there is any scientific proof.

no BUT ... I was told by my Dr. to keep my brain working such as crossword puzzles and word scrambles to not veg out and watch mindless shows which I do but to also do things that require brain power to keep what I have

interesting...you'd think they would have come up with something to help combat the partying...I was just wondering.

I heard that too.
Some rumors i heard is that Blueberries ward off alzheimers and also Ginko for memory- but I don't think these were actually proven.

I'm pretty sure that keeping your brain active by reading and other things like that is the best way to boost brain power. The more you challenge yourself mentally, the sharper your brain is.

WELL that was my fear with my Dr. and unfortunately I might not know the exact damage until it happens but I will tell you it scares me sometime so I try and do as much as I can to boost it !
