I voted Tanger simply because its the closest to me.
There is an outlet mall in Clinton, CT right off I-95 that I love too, I always go there when we vacation in CT out thay way.

I went to Tangers once ... There is just too much to choose from i just do better in little boutiques with only a few items.

I like Tanger for it's convienence, but Woodbury has a lot more upscale shops.
I've never been to Crossings.

Yeah, I went this weekend and I bought like three things. I was pretty shocked.
I do so much better at Tanger.

I love Woodbury.
my sister works for Chanel...her discount "works" there LOL
I don't every really come back with a truckload, but I get some "nice" stuff there, cheaper.
my sister (who has 3 kids) prefers Riverhead...if that is what Tanger is...I have no idea what others are, but I am keen to find out
