Working out

How many times a week do you work out? What do you do for your work outs?
I would love to hear what works for everyone...
I currently do WATP 3 mile tape with 5 pound weights 3-5 times a week...I am looking to mix it up!

I try to work out 3-4 times a week for at least 30 min. I change up between:

- WATP 2 or 3 mile depending on how much time I have

- Tae bo - Basic or Powerrounds

- Walking dog, around the mall/sam's club, along lakefront

I work out consistently 5-6 times per week. I do step aerobics, run on the treadmill, tons of abs work, and weights.

trying to get back on the Body for Life wagon. I've done it before and it's really excellent - the only thing that's ever really worked for me.

Work out 6 days a week - alternating cardio and weight training. For my cardio, I do interval training (increase intensity every minute for four minutes and then go back down to the start speed) usually on the treadmill or elliptical. The great thing with BFL is you only need to do 20 mins.

On my weight training days, I alternate lower body and upper body (so some weeks I do lower twice and upper once and the opposite for the next week), working each major muscle group (lower is abs, quads, hamstrings and calves and upper is back, chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps).

I try to workout 4-5x/week. I do the 60min Advanced Tae Bo Tapes. I ordered THE FIRM and Cache weight training tapes too, so I started using those as well.

When it gets warm out, Im going to start running few times a week too.

I work out 4-5x a week. I walk on the treadmill for 15-20 minutes while carrying 2 pds. weights and doing arm exercises.

I also do 80 crunches on the ab roller 4-5x a week.

I work out 3 to 4 times a week. I take two spin classes. Two days a week a jog on the treadmill and then work out with weights.

I just started to work out at Ballys...I think we are doing 3/4 days a week for almost an hour..30 min treadmil, 30 min ab machine, weigh machine, all other machines!

I work out 3-4 times a week. I do a half hour on the elliptical or treadmill, 100 crunches, and 15 mins of weights.

Work out usually 4 times a week - take 3 cardio/kickboxing classes, and one day walk on the treadmill for 45 minutes then do 25-35 minutes of machines (arms, back, chest) and stomach. Would really like to up it to 5-6 times, adding 2 spin classes.

I work out 5 to 6 x a week for 1/2 hour to hour and half. I do Ashtanga yoga, Curves and just got a ellipitcal at my complex so I have been on there with my IPOD going nuts. Trying to get back into my wedding weight- 15 pounds to goChat Icon
