Interesting thing about this house.....
It recently (within past year) was bought for over $700k...and it's back on the market...

Right?! What the heck is wrong with me?!
I remember showing D a pic of a gorgeous kitchen...I told her I wanted to lick the cabinets! I guess it all relates to my food addiction...no matter if it's actual food or the kitchen it's cooked in!

I already told Valerie I'm going to the next open house...I'm distributing my drool all around the kitchen...maybe they'll knock the price down like...HALF!

First of all....Lori DOES enjoy the word "yummy", but don't we all? 
SEcond...this house is/was beautiful. It was on the market last year and sold in the 7's (in the Dogwood Park section of FS). The people who currently live there...I dunno. The lawn used to be beautiful. Then they moved in....weeds in abundance and a HUGE pile of dirt stayed there for months. And now all of a sudden, the house is back on the market for $50K less than when it was purchased last summer. So strange!!
But, like Lori said...the kitchen is YUMMY. The whole house is gorgeous. Except...small yard due to a huge extension and the basement isn't finished.
Lori...go for it. Start the droolathon!!!

We saw this house, my in-laws live over there. The house was nice, but like someone else said, small backyard, unfinished basement and I hated where the bathroom was located, your guests would have to walk all the way around the house to get to it. But the kitchen is awesome!

Yeah..., but these people have only been in a few mths and are selling.
My Cousin saw it this weekend and drooled the entire time...ahhh...
When she questioned the realtor he kept giving her the "I'll get back to you"

I LOVE it. I honestly would love to buy here, but we need a miracle for that to happen. I've lived in all parts of FS and prefer the section we're in now - which is where this house is located. Joenick is there too.
