Gyno Question
Before you started to TTC did you go to your Gyno for an appt to let them know? Or do you just call them to let them know when you are pregnant? Not sure what to do.

Re: Gyno Question
I had my annual with my OGBYN after I was trying to get PG for several months on my own. I never made an appt to discuss TTC with her, I just started prenatals and didnt think an appt was necessary. But once I was having trouble getting PG I used my annual exam as a gateway to discuss TTC with her and she decided to start doing some preliminary tests.
Had I not been having trouble TTC, I would have just called my OBGYN when I got a BFP and set up an appointment.

Re: Gyno Question
I switched gynos since the m/c (I blame they're negligence for it). So, new doc did a checkup, and even a sono, to make sure that everything is fine with me. After good results, doc just said to call her once I get a BFP.
So to answer your Q: it depends. You should definitely have an annual checkup. If you haven't, then get yourself checked out before you TTC. But if you've had a checkup within the last 6 months, then I would say go AFTER you get a BFP.
Good luck!
