Pic #4 - GROSS!! 
Looks like animals peed all over the carpet and it just soaked through to the wood floor and now the carpet padding is stuck to the floor!

I saw a house similar to that.. the carpet was completely soaked in cat urine and the hardwood floor underneath was all rotten

I know the pictures don't do it justice but that's not a terrible price for that area. Just imagine what it would be worth if it was fixed up
You can't imagine what my house looked like BEFORE we gutted it  It smelled like "old man" on the first floor until the new sheetrock went up

This time last year there was only one house that sold in East Northport, through a realtor, for less than $400K and it was a 1911 house on a main road (Pulaski). My realtor pulled all of the sales for the previous year so I could compare when I was making a bid on my house.
Taxes in East Northport tend to be lower too because of LIPA and other commerical real estate within the district.
Taxes on my old house were only $3400. People didn't believe it when we told them.
