or do u creep out the door at 15 minutes early?..or 15 minutes late??

No, I almost always stay 20-30 minutes late. I find it therapeutic to sit in my classroom and have some peace and quiet. Makes me feel like my day wasn't as hectic as it probably was.

15 minutes early usually, but I am also here early on most days

I'm always they 1st one here. But I like to be early always for anything. DH on the other hand....

I leave a few minutes to 5pm to catch the 5:04pm but I work well past on the train ride home.

When I worked in NYC, I used to either sneak out a few minutes early or stay a few minutes later, but never exactly at 5PM. I wanted to either make the early train or make a later train, but not watch the early train pull out.

Now that I work on LI, I have two different employers in the one building. I teach four mornings in the library and am paid by the school and don't have a time clock and can let the class go early if I want. But in the afternoon, I actually work for the library in another capacity and I have a timecard to swipe so I can't leave early

I usually leave right on time OR anywhere from 15 mins-1/2 late

Hardly EVER leave early unless I have an appointment, etc. Since we have to swipe our key tags to account for when we come in/out SO there is really no getting around it

If I do need to leave early, I just go thru the proper channels.. leaving a few mins early is so not worth getting in trouble to me , so I usually just cover my azz

its usually at least 10 minutes late because once I have coverage to leave, I can get stuff done

my last job i couldnt WAIT to leave n i would get stares when i left on time...

this job i could care less if it was 5/10 min..
me and my boss leave at the same time, usualy at 3:55 (we get out at 4)
fridays we leave earlier

I am NEVER out the door on time! I wish I was it just doesn't happen.

I have been very bad recently.

I normally show up late. But recently i have been leaving early as well.


But its all relative anyways because I am more or less "on-call" at my job 24/7. If there is ever a server emergency... or there is a weekend project i have to work on... i have no problem coming in or doing work from home or on the road.

Hell... there have been many times I am actually at the bar DJing... and I am working on the server network at my job from my wireless laptop.

I don't get paid for any of this extra work... but I don't mind it.

on average - I stay 1-2 hours past "closing time"

Out everyday on time, 8 hours is enough for my job.

It really depends on what I have going on at work. Of course, once in a while I will ditch a bit early but I mostly try to make sure I get at least my 8 hours in.
Most times if I leave early one day I will work a bit late the next and vice versa.

I try to leave exactly at 6 on the dot- but DH and I work for the same company (different departments) and we carpool together- so sometimes he gets hung up on something and we leave a little after.

i leave at exactly 5pm... not a minute before or after.

Depends on the day, but mostly I leave on time or a few minutes late...never early!

Never. My day ends at 7 and I am lucky if I am out the door by 7:30.

15 minutes? I usually leave 45- 90 minutes lateand i usually get here an hour early I really need to put a stop to this and alot of the time I bring work home on the weekends.

I leave like 5 minutes early cause I get here early every morning.
