Customer Service Raves
So we flew jet Blue 2 weeks ago. On the way down, our directTV was out, and they said we'd get vouchers, no word on that yet, but on the way back home we actually got in about 20 minutes early, but we were delayed about 40 minutes before we got into the gate. FH and I are each getting a $25 credit on our next flight! I didn't even complain about it! I don't know if I should push it by trying to get another credit for directTV.
And I bought Kraft cheese and it got moldy in the fridge long before the expiration date. I called them and I didn't have the recepit and I couldn't remeber how much I paid, so they send me a check for a dollar more than the MSRP!
I really love it when people stand behind their products. It makes my day!

I never think to complain about things like that.
It's huge that I asked my online scrapbook store to give me a couple of days grace period for a return I need to mail back. Their policy is 30 days which is Thursday and I don't want to express the package.

Dude, I had a big problem waiting for fedex fcor 3 days. They send me $100 in free shipping coupons..
of course I lost them

I bought a top at Motherhood Maternity. They have a VERY strict 10 day return/exchange policy. Well, I take the tags off my top, go to put it on when I realize that it is an XL (I normally wear a M!). It was well after the 10 days but I figure, what the heck, I can always try, right! I bring it back to the store with th etags seperate. I explain, with the receipt, what happened. They not only exchange the item for the corretc size but give me $2.00 credit since the price came down since I bought it!
