my Dh was in a minor car accident
My Dh calls me and tells me he was going straight on an avenue by us( we are in queens so the avenues run east/ west) and he was travelling east and a yellow cab was coming out of a block ran a stop sign causing my dh to hit him. He wasnt hurt thankfully and he called me and i drove over immediatly.When the cops came the guy LIED and said my dh was speeding and that he wasnt coming out of teh bliock he claimed he was going the other way on the avenue.Lucikly there were two witnesses and skid marks proving my dh was telling teh truth.
Sorry tis is so long my point is that after all this was over and we were home i broke down crying b/c i kept thinking how much worse this could have been.Its so crazy how things happen so farst. Just wantwed to say give you dh's an extra little hug and kiss tonight I know i will

Glad he wasn't hurt!! That is one of my biggest fears, getting phone calls like that. Luckily, DH knows I am a huge worry wart and when he got into a few minor accidents, he waited til he got home to tell me!!
