Western Nassau county walking group
Hi ladies,
I am new to this board. I had a baby almost 6 months ago, but no one told my body that the baby is out, therefore, its still hanging on to some extra poundage.
I would love to form a walking group to get together maybe in the morning or after dinner a few times a week. Anyone interested? I live in Floral Park. Let me know. Email me at [email protected]

A few of us have expressed interest in wanting to do something at Eisenhauer park....We might be planning something for Wednesdays since that day seems best for the biggest amount of people.
If you want any more info "FM" me since I've kinda had my hands in it.
