driving after HSG?
Can I drive after the HSG?
Will I be too bloated and uncomfortable to drive 45 minutes home?

Re: driving after HSG?
I think you should be fine to drive.
Good luck.

Re: driving after HSG?
Everyone is different but I was completely fine to drive. I took 2 Motrin about 1/2 before the procedure. I had some cramping but it didn't interfere with driving and I went back to work.

Re: driving after HSG?
I didn't drive after, but I did go to the Cheesecake Factory lol Basically if dh wasn't with me, I would have been fine to drive.
I loaded up on Advil. I had taken 3 tablets 2 hours prior to the xray and then 3 more tablets 1 hour prior.
This was recommended by the RE. They said 2-3 and I went for the maximum.

Re: driving after HSG?
I had no problem driving myself home after, I just felt a little crampy (like AF) Like everyone said, take the Motrin before hand. And on your way home make sure to wear a pad, the iodine gets messy.

Re: driving after HSG?
I had DH come with me because Im a big baby. My HSG was pretty painful but I still could have driven myself home if I had to.

Re: driving after HSG?
Its done, I'm home - it didn't hurt much at all, I'm a bit crampy and gassy DH drove me
Do you think its a good sign that it didn't hurt?
