Bath Fitter Quotes - Were you able to negotiate their price ???
Has anyone gotten a Bath Fitter quote?
I just had somebody over at my apartment... and they quoted me $1950 to install their standard white tub and install a set of frameless shower doors.
This does not include any tile or fixture work.
I thought that was a little high.

I think Scott asked about them. The overall comments were not great about Bath fitter.

Here is a better question...
Was anyone able to negotiate with Bath Fitter on the original price they quoted?
I am going to wait this guy out and see. He said he will call me on Saturday to "touch base".
I will tell him something like "well i would have done it if it was xxxx money instead of what you quoted".
See what he says.

Goto Lowes. They sell the same thing there for a lot less money.....They sell the walls with tile and the piece that goes over the tub

BathFitter called me this morning. No surprise... they came down a little in price.
They are willing to do the tub and the framed shower doors for $1400 including tax.
Not too bad... but I want better.
