Sandwiches for 8-10 people??
How much cold cuts should I get?
2 lbs turkey
2 lbs ham
2-3 lbs cheese?? (american and something else?)
and of course rolls, mayo, mustard, etc
will this be enough?
Should I get another kind of meat?

In my opinion, I would get another meat and I might add a chicken, tuna and/or egg salad just in case.
