My son said his first curse word!!!
On my way to work this morning, I just passed the gas stations by my house and realized I have NO gas left. So just as a reflex I said "Oh SH@T!" Well, my chatterbox of a son was in the backseat because I drop him off at daycare on the way to work and decided to copy what mommy was saying! He said it about 3 times and stopped. OMG! I felt so bad! I try to watch what I say around him because he's been copying all sorts of words lately just out of the blue. For a split second it was funny, but then I felt like a horrible mommy!  Hopefully, he won't say it again, but I'm sure he will.

We're trying to break ourselves of this habit now. We aren't big curses its the every now and then like you but I guess kids pick up on anything. Hopefully he won't remember if he doesn't hear it again.

DH said "damn it" in front of Emma and of course she dropped a toy and said "damn it". DH and I just looked at each other, laughed inside but didnt pay any attention to it, now DH watches his mouth!!
My neighbor growing up, her daughter used to say FU so I dont think a little Oh SSS is too bad
