BBT temping question
I was wondering which temp to record:
I woke up to use the bathroom @4: 98.23 Got up for real at 7:30 (usual time I get up) it was 98.67.
Are you supposed to use the first one no mater what? 4 is much earlier than I usually record, but I read a post yesterday about taking temps if you get up to use the bathroom no matter what time.
?????

Re: BBT temping question
If you use the temp adjuster on fertility friend, (under data), your temp should average closer to the second temp.
I think based on the pattern of your chart, and the temp adjustment, the second temp seems to be more accurate.
Just make a note that you had a "disturbance" in sleep.

Re: BBT temping question
Thanks, Redstar. I didn't even know about that feature until you mentioned it.
