Am I a bad mommy if I have ONE drink?
I didn't have one the whole time I was pg (obviously) and haven't in the 3 months since he's born...If I have ONE cosmo which I am SO craving will it be really bad? I'm BF'ing...

NOOOOOO you are not a bad mommy. I am not much of a drinker so I haven't had any drinks (maybe I'll have one tonight) but all of my friends drank wine while BFing and they still nursed. They would just have a glass or two. Quite a few of my friends even had a glass of wine here and there while pregnant. IMO its totally fine.
