Bfing Moms who pump and work!

How much BM is your little one drinking each day when you are at work? My little guy is sucking down bottles like they're going out of style, I'm pumping like crazy at work just to keep up with his appetite.

Most of the time Claire would have (1) 4oz bottle and (2) 6oz bottles while I was at work from 9-5. I would pump twice while at work and usually 1-2 times at home plus weekends to have enough for her bottles. When I first returned to work I used frozen BM I had from maternity leave to help while my supply adjusted. It was a lot of work, but once I got into the routine of it, it wasn't so bad, and definitely worth it to me.

He averaged about 16 ounces while I was at work. He has never slept through the night and would wake to eat sometimes so I think he was getting enough (I hope).

She usually eats anywhere from 12-20 ounces. Usually, about 16, but yesterday she had 22! At work, I usually pump about 25 ounces and I usually pump one more time before bed and get another 6-7 ounces. So, we usually have enough to cover her during the day and to allow DH to cover one of the night feeds.

Now Benjamin gets 8 oz while I am as work. When he was younger it was 12oz+.

He started eating less often so my supply when down too. I do still manage to make enough and have a little frozen supply happpenign int eh freezer. I love to peek in there and see all my little bags, sitting there in their box. they are my pride and joy!

I only pumped but I needed about 24-30oz per day. I had to pump A LOT to get that much and always on a very steady schedule.

I am bumping this post as this is a concern of mine! Maybe even the reason he is wakingup at night?
Jeremy is 4 months old. I am able to pump about 12 oz per day. The nanny also gives him about 4 - 6 oz of formula (totallying 16 - 18 oz of bottles between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). I feed him before I leave and 2 - 3 times at night. How do I know if this is enough? He has plenty of wet diapers and is certainly not losing weight. He also doesn't complain or fuss from being hungry. He just doesn't sleep though the night!
