I noticed that between 5 and 11pm he cluster feeds and I think it is because I dont produce enough milk durning that time because I dont see the overflow from his mouth. He does get 1-2 bottles during that time that my DH gives him but I pump when he gets it and I only get about 2-3oz combined and in the morning I can get up to 10oz any suggestions how to increase my supply? I dont know how much food plays a role in it but it is difficult for me to eat durning the day so I know I dont eat the amount of calories I need to and I try to drink as much water as much as I can which is =to me remembering to drink the water.
