Prenatal Vitamins
How would I find out how much of what is in my prenatal vitamins? My OB said it is OK to stay in the Precare Concieve (I am 11 weeks) since my body is OK with it. It seems that most people aswitch after becoming pregnant. I just don't want to be harming my baby!

Re: Prenatal Vitamins
I was taking CVS prenatals TTC, and I stayed on them for pregnancy. I have no side effects from them and my dr ok'd them, I wouldn't switch.

Re: Prenatal Vitamins
Thank you both! I guess when I saw 1 mg of folic acid I got nervous! I didn't realize that 1mg means 1000 mcg! I was thinking I haven't been getting enough. I feel much better now, thank you. Now for a really silly question, if it is twins, do I need to take twice the vitamins?
