I have my ultrascreen tomorrow
What exactly are they testing for? And is it an internal sono or a regular one?

They test the measurements of the babies head compared to their legs and arms and check for anything on the neck. I believe its the early testing for down's.
It's an external sonogram, but i had to check internally too but that was just to make sure the twins were in seperate sacks. The rest was external.
It takes about 1/2 hour and its great to just watch and watch the baby move around.

They will also take a blood test. Mine was just a finger prick, and they needed 5 drops.
