Aww....I know it's very hard! I did Atkins for almost a year and the 1st month was tough. Carbs are like drugs...your body craves them. You can do this!!!!

I HAVE to..it's for my daughter. If I don't care enough about myself to change things (and let's be honest, I haven't) then I have to put her as the priority and change things. Dear lord, someone is eating Taco Bell in here!!

I know...beleive me I know. I was at 198 beforer Atkins/low carb diet. This year I went to my DR. and I lost 48 lbs!!!  I'm now at 150 lbs. I was only 21 and had guper high blood pressure. My DR. wanted to give me pills & he said the only way to lower it would be to lose weight, it was hard & painful but I did it as I lost weight I started feeling better & better. I've realized it's a lifetime issue and I have learned to get better. You can do it....I'm here for ya if you need to B!tch!!!
