Cute house.
I see the AGP is a gift. It doesn't look long for this world, hence it's a gift. Looks like it needs to be torn down.
That house will sell quickly because it looks very clean and done in all neutrals. Not sure why they would go with black tile on the backsplash of the kitchen though

I agree about the black backsplash, but the kitchen's redone and that's a plus for people who don't have money to redo a home. And it's clean. Some of the homes I have looked at in that price range are dirty and need total renovations.
I'd jump on it but we are exploring out of state options right now as my husband can get a transfer with the same pay to the Carolina's. If he can't get a transfer, we will hold off buying a house on the Island for two more years.

I grew up two blocks from that house! (Love the map feature on that site!  ) It's in a good spot, Salk and MacArthur schools and not too close to Gardiners.

It looks like there is the front door, and a door that leads out to the side of the house. And another back or side door.

Yes!!! But a door in the living room???????? If thats the front entrance I can see that, but its not in this case. Kitchen I can see, that is normal but I have NEVER seen a door right smack in the center of a living room like that unless it was the front door. I found it strange, JMO.

I drove by it yesterday - Very cute house. It is on Tower lane, off of glade lane in levittown....Very cute house. If your looking in the area, I would recommend looking at the house. You would be 4 blocks from Danielle and I....

I actually have 4 doors to my house. The main one is in the living room, there is a door in the front that leads into the dining room extension, which we keep hidden behind a fence, so it doesn't look weird. We also have two sliding glass doors in the back of the house, one through the office and one through the dining room.
