How much do you think you could rent a 1 bedroom apt out for?
1 bedroom, Kitchen, livingroom, Full bath, with CAC.........it would be the downstairs of a high ranch....not a basement? Thanks!

I live in a legal 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment in Williston park, I have a full kitchen and living room. I pay 1150 plus utilities. We don't have CAC....but they did provide an new AC for the window. Hope this helps.

A friend of mine lives in a high ranch downstairs in Suffolk County and pays $1100 including utilities.

We are living in the type of apt you are talking about in North Massapequa. Org. we paid 1050 including all and internet. After 2 years the rent went up to 1100.. The only down fall is the apt. is old and def. need fixed up if they were to rent it to another person.

WE own a hi-ranch and the previous owner had rented it out. WE do not. She told us she got $1050 for it and that was 6 years ago!

Wow-we lived in a lower level of a house 13 years ago, 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 air conditioner in the bedroom. We paid $650 then.

at least 1200, i used to pay 1050 for a one bedroom, large dining room, tiny tiny kitchen, no airconditioning, no cable.
