Turkey question
This is the first time we are cooking for Turkey Day. My MIL broke her leg so we are going to go there and cook everything. What size turkey or turkey breast do I need for 4 people?

They say that 1 - 1 1/2 lbs per person is good... allows for a little leftovers too

There is 10 of us, and we have a lasagna first course - my Mother bought a 20lb turkey.

Wow that is a lot! I am picky with leftovers so I guess around a 10lb turkey is good.
