flat tire + 36 weeks preggo...

thankfully i was in a parking lot and not on the turnpike! this has just increased my fear of driving...

Oh no....were you at work? yup, thankfully got one of the security guards to change it...
called subaru today to make an appointment for saturday and they REFUSED to take me. i said "you are going to refuse a 36 week pregnant woman when this is her only mode of transportation?" they said, "yup, sorry". nice, huh?

I would call and speak to the service manager. Do you have road-side assistance since your car isn't that old? Or AAA?
What do you need the dealer for...a new tire? It might be worth taking it to Firestone or something to get a replacement if they won't fit you in.

i have the road-side assistance til 36,000 miles (which is around the corner), up until then we will do all our servicing at subaru. we have an appointment at another location (where we got the car) but the morristown one is now closer to us and the one that has repeatedly caused us grief. i used the preggo card and was denied ! couldn't believe it...
once we hit 36,000 we will start going to local shops and get AAA...
