Business cards - or calendars with the business name on it
I would look at Vistaprint.com for some ideas

Church bulletins? I don't know how much that is, but my dad used to do it for his business.

LIF? Not sure how much they charge, but worth looking into becoming a vendor.
I know the Pennysaver is supposed to be expensive.
I think it depends on what type of business.

I'd try hooking up with any possible mom's groups in the area (even like MOPS) and doing a "party."

LIF charges a lot, $400 a year I think just to be a vendor.
What about setting up a table at a local college? They range in price from $75-150 and I can let you know what offices to call if you know the specific college you are interested in. College kids love candles (even though they aren't supposed to have them in their dorms).
