My first question! RE: Prenatal Vitamins
I read that we should take prenatals at least three months in advance... and well, though I don't have three months I would like to start taking them now.
What prenatal vitamins do you buy?
Are they over-the-counter or prescribed?

I just take follic acid -- 2 tablets -- and a multi (Centrum)...since well last January or so....
