I take Orange juice, about 8 oz. I add frozen banana, frozen strawberries and frozen fruit (another kind, like kiwis, grapes, peaches, berries, etc). Blend.
When freezing bananas, peel, cut into pieces and place on a cookie sheet lined with foil. With berries, wash, take off green stems and freeze on tray. I keep them in a tupperware container in the freezer for future use.

I usually buy frozen strawberries and blend them with a bananna, vanilla yogurt, and half a cup of milk. Tastes yummy!
