OK, here are some specifics:
Bedrooms 2/3 Those familiar with a Levit cape, we have a kitchen, living room, dining room and office/bedroom and bathroom downstairs.
No garage.
When we bought the house 2 a few years ago, we completely gutted it and started over. Therefore, new insulation, new sheetrock, new paint, crown moulding, new floors (wood laminate), ceramic tile in the kitchen (floor and backsplash), and besides the upstairs bedroom, we renovated the small bedroom in to a laundry room with closets. That can easily be turned back into a bedroom.
The property is standard 60X100. The block is beautiful and the neighbors are fabulous.
We are looking to ask about 380K. Anyone interested, we want to set up and open house.
