Re: Closing tomorrow...
To sign alot of documents if you have a mortgage (especially if there are 2). That is the biggest surprise. Other than that if your attorney did everything right it should be smooth sailing after that.
Good luck & Congrats!

Re: Closing tomorrow...
It's actually pretty painless. You'll be signing your name about 200 times, so just be ready for that. Bring a few extra checks, and you're all set. Good luck and congratulations!

Re: Closing tomorrow...
Congrats!!!! It won't be that bad. You will have to sign your name 100 times. Just make sure that you are prepared with whatever checks you may need before hand!

Re: Closing tomorrow...
Congrats. Allow for a lot of extra time. I had a quick closing, only 20 minutes. My parents had a closing once that took 4 hours! The buyer had so many issues for one- she was extremely late.

Re: Closing tomorrow...
make sure you bring them all lunch (jk)
its really a painless process. some signed. your lawyer will walk you though of what the bank is saying in english...then you sign.
you write a check and lawyer explains what you are paying...
should there anywhere for 1 - 2 hours if nothing is odd
