We might have to sell our house and buy another one due to a relocation. What would the process be since we dont have money for a down payment on another home.

You would be using the equity from your current house to buy the new one? Most people that own houses are able to get the new one from the sale of their current house.
I would call up a bank or a mortgage broker to give you all the details though.

You can either do a bridge loan or a home equity. I will send you a FM with more info.

personally, i wouldn't do a bridge loan but you could take out a home equity loan to get you down payment money and then it would be paid off when you close on the house.
