Need help/Ideas to serve for Christmas Eve luncheon
We are having DH mom over for christmas even during the day but not sure what to serve. They go to a Christmas party later in the evening where appetizers are served so we do not really want to serve them. Any ideas/recipses would be great. TIA

What about a brunch? You can serve quiche, bagels and lox, chicken salad, pasta salad, etc. It's not too heavy but filling.

I was thinking of doing this for a holiday GTG too, since I am not sure how good I would be at keeping food hot/warm in my little kitchen.
