My Picture People experience today....
So I take my DS to have his pics taken (I am really excited--he is only three months old) and the two women working there were so nasty. I cannot believe that they would be working around kids. The one woman huffed and puffed because I wanted to different frame and I made her change the matting twice. Come on, I am paying enough--shouldn't I get what I want?
That being said, it is Target pics for me!

Iwouldof walked out with out taking any pictures I hate when people are nasty hello if you don't like your job then quit don't take it out on the customers I would go onto the picture people websiteand see if there is a place where you can complain to them

I would definitely complain. Picture People is geared completely toward children. Absolutely no need for you to be treated this way. Seriously, I don't care how many times you change the mat, they are there to help you & sell to you.

Guys, I took your advice and contacted Picture People and put a complaint in. I usually would have let it go, but I just could not stop thinking about it. I was so freakin mad because I was so excited to make a day of it and they were so mean.

which one did you go to???? I am scheduled to go next week for the third time...I had pretty good experiences boths times...even at xmas when it was a MADHOUSE!
