UGH . . . . I am on the fence here . . . .(weightloss plan)
I am a lifetime member of WW and lost a huge amount of weight (27 pounds) on it in the past. Then I gained quite a few pounds after getting married. I just couldn't get back into the swing of WW. I started South Beach the day after Christmas and lost about 10 pounds on it, but have hit a huge plateau with it. I love how I never feel hungry on it, but it seems that the one cheat day a week I need to stay on the program is actually hindering my progress, but it is also the only thing that keeps me on the program.
So I guess my question here is do you think I should try to get back on the WW wagon or should I stick it out with SB, even though I am in the midst of a long stall, still with 15 pounds left to lose?

have you tried the weight watchers core plan? It is very similare to SB and the minor change might be what you need to jump start your metabolism. Also the motivation of the meetings wouldnt hurt.

I think your body needs a change. Maybe the WW Core program would be just the right fit to meet your goal

Are you exercising in addition to dieting? i find that no matter how i control my eating habits, I will not lose weight unless i exercise.
