Is it ok to eat peanut butter?
I'm confused...I thought I read somewhere where you shouldn't eat it...but, now I can't find where I read that...

I know it's not a good idea to feed a baby or toddler because of the whole peanut allergy thing but not sure about pg women.

I would die if I couldn't eat PB.... That is my one weakness during this pregnancy, I eat it at least 3 or 4 times a week with a big glass of milk. Unless you or someone in immediate family is allergic it's fine for you to eat.

My cousin hated peanut butter pre-pg but then became addicted to it while pg and ate it constantly. I don't think it's a problem unless you have a peanut allergy.

If an immediate family member has a peanut allergy, most docs will rcommend cutting it out of your diet in your final trimester. Just like dairy and eggs as well

My doctor said no peanut butter while I was PG. New studies show that women who eat it during pregnancy have a higher chance of having a baby who's allergic to nuts.

I read this too...actually anything that is related to a food allergy should be avoided...
I ate it just a few times...
