We had a party this past weekend and we had it catered
it was a Poker party with hot appitizers, gourment sandwiches and desserts and wine. The caterers supplied the hot apps and sandwiches.
My questions is how much do you tip the man/woman who drops off the food and sets it up?
I am just wondering if I tipped him enough $$$. I think I did.

It depends how much they had to do to set up. $20 would probably be my jumping off point and it would depend how long they took to set up, etc.
