Look what happened to our patio table the other night!
We went to go to bed and SMASH we heard a horrible noise and it was shattered everywhere.... we have NO idea what happened... the table didn't have anything on it.... UGH! and now Harrow's is telling us that it isn't covered by warranty even though it looks like the frame broke! all that $$ out the window!

nope, no umbrella in it, we took it out cause the storm was coming! That's what is sooo wierd, I guess the sky was falling!
Where can I get new glass?? It's a big 84" table

I have never heard of a table breaking with no umbrella in it-that's really werid
I would call sundown and ask them- or look up glass replacement in the phone book

It's DEFINITELY obvious that the frame broke and caused the glass to shatter...I would see what can be done!

that happened to me too last summer! we had to order a new table and our set was discontinued- so we ordered one that almost matches.
be careful fetting all that glass up- and dont walk barefoot on that deck again
its so dangerous

I would speak to Harrow's corporate office if you have not already. The frame looks like it popped & if the umbrella was not in there & nothing fell on it, then what made it break?

It wasn't covered by the warranty?
The glass is making me nervous because of the kids
we bought it at sears. in a wond storm the table flipped over to its side and got dragged across the deck hitting the deck railing, which smashed it into smithereens. we have glass all over our deck and deck steps and grass.
the glass is imbedded between the planks of the deck.
try a shop vac maybe?
i always yell at people who go barefoot on the deck. not good at all
