IVF consult last night -UPDATE!!
It went ok. We were given all the fun paperwork to understand the process and Dr. Chu felt that we had a 50-60% chance of a successful IVF .
She said due to DH's low Morph they would do half ICSI .
She felt that I would be on a higher dose of med's due to not responding last cycle to the bravelle at all and my FSH.
She was a "little" concerned with my FSH , because another Dr has to medically clear me to get the grant but I believe if its under 14 they are ok with in , I read that somewhere.
Im due for AF in about 9-10 days now and we will start then if we get teh approval before then.
Have to do the water sono and trial transfer etc....
so onward we go
UPDATE- Just got off the phone with the IVF coordinator....We are seeing Dr. Scholl on NExt Wednesday for the medical Grant approval. If he approves it, we discuss the finaces and we can start ASAP.
Of course I have a feeling we are not gonna be able to get the $$$ needed in time to start in August month, so We may have to wait. I hope they will be ok with waiting?!?!? ( pray that they are!)

Donna that is great --- you will see, you are going to feel so good about taking that next step. And I am so hoping this IVF is successful for you! Your chances are so much greater now.
As far as the grant - that is funny because I have FSH of 14+ and at Columbia they told me I would still qualify -- and I'm an old lady!

hmmm....I really think that the clinic "may" get to determine who they accept as patients it seems.
I know the info I read said nothing about max BMI being applicable, but Dr. Chu said Dr. Scholl has only turned down one person for the grant and that was due to weight. ( although she kindly pointed out that person was much much bigger then me...LOL...I guess thats a good sign? LOL)

Barbara was my notary. She could be the official infertility notary
Donna, this is great news. 
Best of luck. I know you are worried about the IVF but seriously, you have had 13 IUI's I think you can handle it. At least know that your chances are that much greater.
