Added pic on pg 1 - Graco Metrolite Strollers...any opinions?

I really want a light stroller/travel system. So far the Graco Metrolites are the ones I like the best. I really love the new Metroite LX but it only comes in pink (which is OK for now but what if I have a boy next...)

Do you all have any suggestions as to which Metrolite stroller you prefer (or don't) and why? Thanks!!

We have the Grace Quattro (I think that's what its called) and so far so good. I definitely will get a light umbrella type stroller at some point though.
I tried the Metrolite but the Quattro just fit better with my height it seemed. We also went neutral on the stroller/infant seat so that it can be used if the next baby is a boy. It so hard not to go girly on everything but you have to be practical.

We have a metrolite LE. I really like it. It's lightweight, so it's really easy to take out of the trunk and it folds up and unfolds really easy.

When she was in the infant seat I left the Metrolite in the house and we used it when we went on walks around the neighborhood and then we left a snap and go frame in the trunk for shopping or walks when we visited my mom.

I have it but I dont absolutely love it. It still takes up a lot of space. I used the snap and go until he was out of the carrier. I think I'm going to invest in the Maclaren because it folds like an umbrella stroller but still fully reclines. Theonly thing I lose is the extra storage space and cup holder.

HMmmmm. I posted a reply earlier *I thought* but it seems to have disappeared.

I have the metrolite in green (3 years old) and I absolutely LOVE it. I wish the nbasket was a tad bit bigger but overall I was so happy with it (and still am).

I really love it. I love the weight of it and that it folds upward, not on the ground. I wish the basket was accessible when the seat was fully reclined, but that is my only "con".
I also don't like strollers without a bar in front. I love the snack tray and Molly uses it all the time.

I like that too but I wanted neutral colors so I went with the Quattro Tour in the Kensbrook style

Here is a pic of the one I really like...I would like to find something comparable to it that isn't in pink...just incase our next baby is a boy! Any ideas? This one only weighs 17 lbs...it's SO light - I love it! Light is a big deal for me because I have a bad back.

you are smart to pick one that will last. I am surprised they arent making anymore compeletely neutral. This is another metrolite and it is a little more gender neutral.

Pauline, Thanks! Yes I saw this one and tried it out too - it weighs a little more than the pink one, not sure why though and it is wider - again not sure why LOL But it is on our list of possibilities!
