I don't think you have to send them all back, but tell the guy you want a credit for the broken one with shipping. I would also call my credit card company and let them know about the situation and do a partial dipute of charges.

same thing happened to me with two glasses i ordered from ebay - one was cracked. the seller asked me to email him a pic...and I did and he refunded me a price that we mutually agreed was fair.

if you insured it it will be reimbursed by the postal service they will want all the glasses along with the packing material it was sent in to refund your money
