No. I would go to Ikea or find another alternative. But I'm not big into entertainment units in general.

Re: Would you pay over $200 for DVD cabinet?

Probably not...I guess it might depend on what it looked like though and how many DVD's we actually owned...right now we don't own many so thankfully we don't need a separate DVD holder.

FH has a TON of DVD's...he spent $200 on a cabinet too - and it looks really nice and can hold all his DVDs (it a nice one that spins) so i think its worth it.

we have hundreds of dvds and i think they take up too much space to put in a cabinet so we just keep them in those case logic binders.

Re: Would you pay over $200 for DVD cabinet?

If you are talking regarding DVD storage, we bought one at bestbuy for 40 bucks...love it, and matches really well with the layout of our Living Room.

If you are talking regarding an entertainment system, we bought ours at pc richards for $100. It was on closeout and fit just what we needed. We aren't planning on keeping it for long so we didn't want to invest too much money on it.

Re: Would you pay over $200 for DVD cabinet?

depends on what it looked like and how many other things I needed.

For example, I have wanted a new coffee table forever. While the one we want is not super expensive, it's just low on the priority list so it hasnt gotten purchased yet.

Now I am looking at the space that we could put it in and wondering if we just should have gotten it...it was the only one they had

We bought it today...DH couldn't stop talking about it...so we got it from Raymour Flanigan which is where we got our other furniture...it is cute and looks nice BUT IMO not worth the $$$ but he really wanted it
