I can't stop eating!!!
For the past week, or two, I've been eating so much! It's so bad, that I even eat/munch when I'm not even hungry!
Am I the only one????

I had periods of non stop eating also! Don't worry about it, if you are hungry, then eat!

I am having this too at 9 wks and when I feel a little nauseus I still feel like I need to keep eating something to feel better!! But lately I am an eating machine.

I know! I know! I should just keep eating no matter what... but I don't want to blow up! I weighed myself this morning, and I've already gained 20 lbs (in 20 wks)!!!!!!!!!!!

you are not alone.....i am eating sooo much lately. all my family does is make fun of me for how much i can take in!!! my dad emailed me yesterday to say that price club had dropped off a tracter trailer for me......its that bad. i have my 22 year old brother worried. he thinks i'm eating too much. i can't help it though!!! its slowed down a bit in the last two weeks, so hopefully it slows down a bit more!!

I've found that eating whole grains (brown rice, wheat pasta) and protein keeps me fuller longer. 'course it doesn't stop me from grabbing chips and cookies when the mood strikes ;)

When I eat my nausea goes away. So I stocked up on healthier snacks so the on-going eating isn't so bad.
