We've been renting in my grandparents' house and now that we've bought a home we need to find someone to rent the apartment. Here are the details:

Located in Centereach (Lake Ronkonkoma mailing address). Large one bedroom basement apartment with plenty of closet space. Spacious eat-in-kitchen with full-size stove and refrigerator (lots of cabinets), large living room and bathroom with full-size shower. Apartment was gutted and completely redone three years ago. Apartment has it's own driveway and semi-private entrance. Rent is $900 and includes all utilities and cable. We're trying to find a single person or young couple with no children. No smoking and no pets. Available March 15th (maybe sooner).
