Tipping for tree removal???

Tipping for tree removal???
Are we supposed to tip the tree guys for cutting our trees. It is a big job. We had 1 large maple and a mulberry tree cut down. They also pruned 2 other of our trees for us. What do you think? They are almost finished here. TIA

I didn't tip my guy - just gave him the amount that he charged me.
