Need Dinner Suggestions (I mean a whole dinner)
The in-laws are coming for dinner this week and DH is leaving the menu up to me! Soooooo, besides a nice tossed salad, what can everyone suggest?

Maybe some kind of pasta, like lasagna or stuffed shells. That way you can prep ahead of time and just bake that day. Less stressful.

Chicken parmagin(sp?) is a good idea. You could have ziti(no cheese, only sauce) as a side dish and a salad.

Spiral Ham (so easy to make), garlic mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, salad!! Very simple dinnner and YUMMY!!

You could buy a rotisserie chicken already made (or two) and make some nice sides- mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, etc. and get some cranberry sause.
No one has to know you bought the chicken.
