Your first period
I'm over 6 months post-partum and no period yet. I weaned Alex about 3 weeks ago, and starting about 10 days ago I keep feeling like AF is coming... I'm terribly bloated, really emotional, have the worst back pain and feel really crampy. Every day gets worse and worse. I feel awful... please PLEASE tell me there's an end in sight... how long can I expect this to go on??

Beth - I got AF for the first time last month when Joseph went on BF'ing strike for a week It gave me no warning and came on long and strong. I was really emotional a week or 2 before but I just thought it was normal emotional me I hope she comes real soon and gets it over with!!
